RVH is looking for a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in geriatrics to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care for the elderly. Your extensive clinical knowledge will aid in diagnosing and managing a spectrum of health issues. Additionally, you will engage in quality improvement projects and educational initiatives to promote nursing standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver targeted care to older adult populations
• Engage in leadership for quality and administrative tasks
• Participate in clinical research and education plans
• Consult with healthcare professionals on complex cases
• Enhance nursing and health practices in geriatrics
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent field
• Qualification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or RN(EC)
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Up to five years of geriatric nursing experience
• Strong background in nursing research methodologies
