This position seeks a Registered Practical Nurse committed to community mental health service excellence. You will engage with individuals in various environments, leveraging your extensive nursing knowledge and technical skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care in multiple community settings
• Conduct mental health and physical assessments
• Administer medications and support ECT recovery
• Collaborate effectively as part of the care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current registration with the nursing college
• CPR/AED certification from the last two years
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Ability to travel using personal vehicle
