Join Visalia Post Acute as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and excel in a supportive environment while providing exceptional patient care. We have part-time opportunities available for dedicated LVNs.
At Visalia Post Acute, we are hiring LVNs for AM and NOC shifts. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain thorough documentation of care and treatment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing our residents' quality of life through direct nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients as necessary
• Monitor resident health and report changes
• Document physician orders and care plans accurately
• Conduct routine rounds for compliance
• Participate in ongoing training sessions
Requirements:
• Valid LVN license from California
• CPR certification is required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited LVN program
• Familiarity with Point Click Care preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical duties
