Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) willing to provide as-needed care in a respected post-acute setting. In this PRN role, you will engage directly with residents, delivering skilled nursing care and supporting their rehabilitation goals in a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing, including medication administration and treatments
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
• Observe and document changes in residents' conditions
• Assist in implementing individualized care plans
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Requirements:
• Current California LVN license
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional resident care
