This term position (August 2026 - August 2027) requires a dedicated nurse to provide top-notch care to patients. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll implement therapeutic programs and ensure the delivery of best nursing practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and monitor patients' therapeutic programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Guide and educate nursing staff in best practices
• Implement care and discharge plans for patients
• Advocate for patient health and well-being through assessment
Requirements:
• Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• At least one year experience in specialty nursing
• Registered or eligible for Yukon Registered Nurses Association
• Current CPR certification; ACLS enables preferred
• Effective communication and cross-cultural awareness
