In this full-time role, you will provide quality nursing care following provincial standards in assisted living and memory care settings. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with residents and families, implementing and adjusting care plans, and mentoring unregulated care providers. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to provincial standards
• Build relationships with residents and families
• Implement and adjust care plans with accurate documentation
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
Requirements:
• Registered as an RPN in the applicable province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
