Cogir Senior Living requires RPNs to deliver patient-centered nursing care with a focus on holistic wellness and communication. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will build trusted relationships with residents and implement effective care plans according to provincial standards. This role is ideal for passionate individuals who value empathy and strive for excellence in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide goal-directed nursing care for residents
• Build relationships with residents, families, and teams
• Implement and evaluate care plans effectively
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
• Complete accurate clinical assessments and documentation
Requirements:
• Active RPN registration in the province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
