Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-centered care within the scope of RPN
• Participate in a robust orientation and mentorship program
• Perform clinical tasks under supervision

• Support families with effective communication
Requirements:
• Recent nursing graduate or IEN within 12 months of CNO registration
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage physical demands and shifts
• Commitment to full-time hours with CHEO for six months
