Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients

• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare members

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with Bruyère Health policies and standards

Requirements:

• RPN medication administration course completion

• Valid College of Nurses of Ontario certification

• CPR Level C certificate

• Experience in rehabilitation is preferred

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
