This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in community-focused primary care. You will interact directly with patients, performing assessments and administering treatments under professional supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care including assessment and education
• Execute routine medical procedures and administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care plans
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient encounters
• Promote health education and disease prevention strategies
Requirements:
• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years of experience in nursing, ideally in community care
• Knowledge of medical software like PSS is beneficial
• Experience serving diverse populations such as newcomers
• Proficiency in English and French preferred
