SEOCHC Community Registered Nurse Position

Join the South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre as a Registered Nurse on a full-time, 13-month maternity leave contract. Deliver patient-centered care and be part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care including assessment and education

• Execute routine medical procedures and administer medications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care plans

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient encounters

• Promote health education and disease prevention strategies

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years of experience in nursing, ideally in community care

• Knowledge of medical software like PSS is beneficial

• Experience serving diverse populations such as newcomers

• Proficiency in English and French preferred
