As part of Carefor, you will work as a Registered Practical Nurse, employing advanced nursing skills to aid clients and their families. You will confidently perform assessments, apply established care strategies, and document client responses. Your effective communication and planning will drive outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview clients and families to gather important health information
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients in their environments
• Work with care teams to keep care plans updated
• Document findings accurately in accordance with organizational standards
• Implement nursing interventions from agreed care plans
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Nurses registration as an RPN
• Prior clinical practice experience is preferred
• Community health experience is an asset
• Additional relevant certifications may be necessary
• Strong organizational and teaching skills
