Yukon Hospitals is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency department in a regular part-time capacity (0.75 FTE). You will utilize your nursing knowledge and interpersonal skills to provide comprehensive patient care in an integrated hospital setting. Teamwork and a commitment to patient advocacy are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care through nursing best practices and therapeutic programs
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Assist in developing individualized nursing care plans
• Conduct patient education and advocate for health needs
• Maintain a supportive and engaging environment for all patients
Requirements:
• Diploma/Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience
• Registered or eligible for registration with YRNA
• Current CPR certification; ACLS certification is a plus
• Strong teaching skills and cultural awareness
