In this regular full-time position, you'll leverage your nursing expertise in the Psychiatric Stabilization Program by providing comprehensive care to patients.
Your role will involve medical assessments, therapeutic programs, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest quality of nursing practices is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care through therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive assessments
• Develop nursing care plans tailored to patient needs
• Teach relevant clinical skills to staff and peers
• Maintain effective communication and advocacy for patients
Requirements:
• Nursing diploma or degree required
• At least one year of experience in a relevant specialty
• Licensed or eligible for licensing with YRNA
• Current C.P.R. certification necessary
• A.C.L.S. and Critical Care nursing certifications are an asset
