Position: Carefor RN Needed for Eastern Ontario
Carefor seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care across Eastern Ontario. This client-focused role includes assessment, care planning, and collaboration.

In this dynamic position, you will assess clients and their needs within the community, implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to ensure optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will guide you in teaching clients and managing technical procedures while meeting Carefor’s policies. Regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will be part of your routine, supporting the best practices for health care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform client assessments and create individualized care plans

• Implement nursing interventions safely and effectively

• Document client progress and outcomes according to standards

• Educate clients and families on health management

• Discuss client care status with healthcare colleagues

Requirements:

• Registration with Ontario's College of Nurses

• High skills in technical nursing and IV restart

• Community health care experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

• French/English bilingualism is advantageous
