As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with an inter-professional health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for patient care

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
