• Provide goal-oriented nursing care according to provincial standards

• Build trusting relationships with residents and families

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans

• Oversee clinical care assessments and documentation

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
