Cogir Senior Living is seeking Registered Practical Nurses dedicated to quality care and senior living. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring the highest standards in patient care. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical knowledge and be passionate about working with seniors, providing them with meaningful support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families
• Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care plans
• Complete accurate clinical care assessments and documentation
• Mentor unregulated care providers through teaching and direction
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check
