Temporary Registered Practical Nurse Role

We are looking for a dedicated nurse to cover a half-time position for approximately six months. This role includes rotations on nights, weekends, and holidays, contributing to both ambulatory care and inpatient settings. Previous medical nursing experience of at least two years is required, along with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and essential certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care within a team

• Support job share partner during absences

• Administer medications and perform IV insertions

• Keep accurate patient documentation

• Exhibit leadership and organizational skills

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of medical nursing experience

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Vaccination records for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and COVID-19

• BLS-HCP certification and Medication Administration Course

• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
