The Listowel-Wingham and Area Family Health Team seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner to improve health outcomes in the community-oriented Huron and Perth regions.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of a compassionate health team dedicated to accessibility in healthcare. Candidates must possess strong independence, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively. Your organizational and teaching skills will play a vital role in promoting patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused healthcare services
• Engage in collaborative practice with health professionals
• Evaluate health programs and implement enhancements
• Maintain registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
• Provide leadership and teaching to patients and peers
Requirements:
• Current registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Proven ability to work within a changing healthcare environment
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience with direct patient care and group settings
• Strong independence in clinical decision making
