Each RPN plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, goal-directed nursing care while ensuring that residents receive personalized attention. You'll work closely with residents to develop and implement effective care plans, while also mentoring newcomers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and assess individual resident care plans

• Communicate changes in resident conditions effectively

• Organize and document clinical assessments accurately

• Coach unregulated care providers and guide their tasks

• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary care team

Requirements:

• Active RPN registration in the relevant province

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience with seniors

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Willing to conduct a Vulnerable Sector Check
