Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered nursing care in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster relationships with residents and families through effective communication
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation
• Lead unregulated care workers through teaching and support
• Review and adapt care plans based on resident needs
Requirements:
• Current RN registration in the applicable province
• Excellent clinical knowledge; experience with seniors preferred
• Education in gerontology or long-term care advantageous
• Critical thinking skills and strong communication required
• Valid BLS and First Aid certifications required
