This position involves collaborating with the leadership team to supervise registered nurses and personal care staff while focusing on compliance with healthcare regulations. You will be responsible for developing care plans and engaging families in the care process, ensuring a high standard of living for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the clinical programs for nursing care
• Promote resident-centered care practices
• Investigate and resolve staff and family concerns
• Perform regular compliance audits and inspections
• Set and achieve clinical objectives for the team
Requirements:
• Current registration with CNO required
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience
• Five years of leadership in healthcare
• Fluent in both French and English
• Preferred:
Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields
