Make a meaningful impact as a Mental Health Registered Practical Nurse at Providence Care Hospital. This part time position focuses on delivering nursing care to patients in need of mental health services.
In this role, you will collaborate with RNs and the clinical team to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive nursing care plans. Utilize your training and recent psychiatric experience to ensure optimal patient outcomes through tailored interventions and evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing histories for patients
• Develop and document personalized care plans
• Manage and monitor nursing interventions' effectiveness
• Follow medical directives precisely and effectively
• Revise care plans based on patient evaluations
Requirements:
• Active registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Must possess recent psychiatric nursing experience
• Current CPR certification mandatory
