Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with health records and standards

• Evaluate effectiveness of care and revise plans as needed

• Facilitate and participate in resident care conferences

• Ensure safe delivery of medications and treatments

• Coordinate resident care assignments effectively

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience in long-term care or gerontology preferred

• Strong critical thinking and customer focus skills

• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
