Position: Leadership Role in Senior Care
Lead compassionate care as the Associate Director of Care at Sienna, based at Granite Ridge Community in Stittsville, ON. This permanent full-time role targets oversight of clinical operations and staff development.

As part of the Sienna team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of care through effective leadership of nursing professionals.

Your role will involve creating person-centered care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering professional growth within your team. Build lasting connections with residents and staff as you cultivate a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct clinical operations and nursing care delivery

• Collaborate on individualized resident care strategies

• Evaluate and enhance the quality of care regularly

• Oversee training and supervision of nursing staff

• Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses

• Over 1 year nursing experience in Long Term Care

• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory healthcare capacity

• Legally eligible to work in Canada, pass checks required
