Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate care tailored to pediatric patients
• Coordinate with a team of healthcare professionals
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Assist families during the patient's illness journey
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 1 year palliative care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Current CPR certification required
