Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care in line with provincial standards
• Evaluate and implement personalized care plans
• Foster effective relationships with residents and families
• Mentor and direct unregulated care providers effectively
• Maintain clinical documentation with up-to-date information
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with older adults
• Education in geriatric or long-term care an asset
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
