In this full-time role, you will engage with dedicated family physicians, obstetricians, and pediatric hospitalists while working 3-12 hour shifts. Ideal candidates will have Labor and Delivery experience and will participate in ongoing education and bedside patient care. Your contributions will help transform lives as you work within a facility known for its cardiac and stroke services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient care needs through thorough evaluation
• Create and revise patient care plans based on assessments
• Deliver care through direct patient interaction and coordination
• Document all nursing activities in patient records
• Promote best practices and assist in mentoring staff
Requirements:
• Current RN license in Wyoming or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Previous Labor and Delivery experience preferred
• Minimum one year in an acute care setting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
