Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage individual resident care plans

• Implement nursing care aligned with provincial standards

• Supervise and mentor unregulated care providers

• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided

• Ensure all documentation meets accuracy standards

Requirements:

• Current registration as an RPN in the province

• Knowledge and experience in gerontology required

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Must obtain a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
