As a leader in the Wellness Department, your responsibilities include managing nursing services, ensuring compliance, and developing personalized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing quality and compliance measures
• Create individualized care plans for residents

• Engage regularly with residents and their families
• Manage the financial budget for the Wellness Department
Requirements:
• Current RPN or RN certification
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, 3+ in a leadership role
• First Aid and CPR certification is essential
• Knowledgeable in healthcare regulations and senior care
• Experience with electronic care systems preferred
