In this role, your expertise will guide children and adolescents facing mental health crises. You will work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to provide tailored assessments and treatment, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive support. Your ability to mentor new staff and students will further contribute to a nurturing environment for all involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate personalized nursing care plans
• Lead inpatient programming development and execution
• Support and counsel individual patients and families
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resource referrals
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Psychiatric nursing experience (preferred)
• Certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario (essential)
• Current CPR Certification (essential)
• Organizational and time management skills
