The On-Site Nurse will work closely with the Health Services Department and play a vital role in managing occupational health, disability claims, and absenteeism. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and assess workplace injuries

• Manage CNESST and disability claims efficiently

• Coordinate return-to-work strategies and medical accommodations

• Conduct health and safety training sessions

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and manage absences

Requirements:

• DEC in Nursing with 5 years in occupational health

• Bilingual in French and English

• Current CPR certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and communication skills
