Registered Practical Nurse Stittsville

Provide nursing care at Granite Ridge in Stittsville, using sound clinical judgment and effective communication with residents and families. This existing vacancy reports to the Director of Care.
As a Registered Practical Nurse with Sienna Senior Living, you will support residents through policy-based care, assessments, and personal care. The position serves seniors in a community setting, with responsibilities spanning resident communication, staff guidance, and supervision. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care within the RPN/LPN scope of practice
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Assess residents during admissions, readmissions, and status changes
Communicate regularly with residents and their families
Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members
Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
Good judgment and ability to identify risk
Ability to foster a positive work environment
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
