• Manage patient medication and health consultations effectively

• Conduct chronic disease and health lifestyle program assessments

Requirements:

• Valid Extended Class registration with CNO

• Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate required

• 2+ years in primary care or community health

• Ability to work in multiple locations with flexibility
