VHA Home Health Care (VHA) seeks two RNs or RPNs to support our Palliative Care Program in Central North York. One nurse for the morning shift (8:00 - 15:00) and one for the evening shift (15:00 - 22:00).
The role provides home nursing and end‑of‑life care, coordinating with families and care teams. Candidates must have CAPCE or demonstrate commitment to obtaining it, and hold a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
