Enhance pre-clinical research with Charles River as a Necropsy Technician in Senneville. Perform post-mortem examinations while following ethical guidelines to ensure the integrity of animal health studies.
In this role, you will be part of the Necropsy team, responsible for dissecting and evaluating animal tissues for pathologists and documenting any abnormalities. Your skills in animal health and teamwork will contribute significantly to the overall safety and effectiveness of drug development processes at Charles River.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dissect and evaluate animal tissues for research
• Weigh and document organ abnormalities accurately
• Euthanize animals prior to necropsy procedures
Requirements:
• Collegial Diploma in Animal Health or related field
• Dissection experience is an asset
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting 20 kg and standing
• Proficient in English;
French is a plus
