Position: Aerospace Quality Specialist Opening

Drive quality-focused operations as a Specialist at Aerospace Canada’s Dorval Plant
3. This role emphasizes strategic initiatives and the development of governance frameworks within the Quality department.

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience at Bombardier, with a robust background in Operations, including management. You will define the Quality Department’s master plan, collaborate with Corporate Quality, and supervise employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the Quality leadership on strategic decisions

• Implement governance frameworks for quality processes

• Define and monitor key performance indicators

• Participate in quality harmonization across sites

• Lead communication strategies for the Quality team

Requirements:

• At least 12 years of experience at Bombardier

• College diploma (DEC) required

• Knowledge of project management tools

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication in French and English
