Position: Quality Assurance Manager at Pharmaflorx
Elevate quality standards as the Quality Assurance and Control Manager us on regulatory compliance and leading QA/QC teams within a structured environment.

This managerial role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cannabis sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and oversee quality strategies that align with Pharmaflorx's objectives. An essential aspect of this role is to develop a strong quality culture while ensuring compliance with regulations from Health Canada, GMP, and GACP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute quality strategies per Pharmaflorx's values

• Manage and train QA/QC teams to promote quality culture

• Conduct audits to identify compliance improvements

• Oversee regulatory submissions and document approval

• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceuticals

• Solid knowledge of Health Canada, GMP, GACP regulations

• Proven leadership experience in managing QA teams

• Strong analytical skills for process optimization

• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
