Engage with Pomerleau as a Quality Assurance Specialist, utilizing your compliance skills to ensure construction excellence. This hybrid role is pivotal in enhancing our operational standards.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will manage and implement the Project QMS while leading the execution of Inspection & Test Plans. With a focus on non-conformance and inspection requirements, you will collaborate with project teams and ensure that quality management is maintained effectively on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain quality management system in compliance with standards
• Develop and coordinate Inspection & Test Plans
• Conduct thorough site inspections and reporting
• Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and inspectors
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in construction QA/QC
• Strong ability to interpret construction specifications
• Proven experience in inspections and NCR management
• Independent leadership capabilities on-site
• Eligible for secret clearance
