Take charge as a QHSE Manager with expertise in food safety and quality standards. This role focuses on implementing a robust QHSE management system aligned with Group standards and client requirements.
In this pivotal role, you will develop, maintain, and adapt QHSE procedures across multiple sites. You will guarantee product compliance with client specifications, train local teams in QHSE regulations, and manage inspections to uphold safety standards. Your insights will ensure the proper application of processes and records while raising awareness of critical legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain QHSE management systems
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client specifications
• Train local staff on QHSE rules and procedures
• Coordinate regular inspections of facilities and equipment
• Manage incidents related to quality and food safety
Requirements:
• Graduate in Quality, Food Safety, or related field
• Proven experience in QHSE roles, preferably in food services
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office IT tools
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Strong respect for procedures and compliance
