What You Will Do

Implement, enforce, and maintain the Project QMS, aligned with company standards.

Lead the development and execution of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) by trade.

Define inspection requirements, hold points, acceptance criteria, and documentation needs.

Conduct regular site inspections and issue clear, actionable reports.

Lead non-conformance (NCR) management, including root cause and corrective actions.

Maintain complete, traceable quality records (inspections, testing, NCRs).

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.

Act as the primary quality authority on site, driving compliance across all trades.

What You Will Bring

5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC.

Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.

Experience with inspections, testing coordination, and NCR management.

Ability to interpret and enforce technical requirements on site.

Comfortable working independently in a site-based leadership role.

Additional Requirements

Eligibility to obtain secret clearance is required.

Experience developing or managing ITPs.

Exposure to ISO 9001 or structured QMS environments.

Experience on large or complex construction projects.
