Location: Granby
Lead quality excellence at A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik Inc. as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. Your vision will enhance compliance and operational performance.
At A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik Inc., you will play a pivotal role, reporting to the General Manager. Your main goal will be to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and oversee quality strategies. Take charge of continuous improvement initiatives while building a skilled quality team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and implement the Quality master plan
• Prioritize and lead ongoing improvement efforts
• Maintain and enhance effective Quality Management Systems
• Supervise a high-performing quality team
• Address quality non-conformities and customer complaints
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant engineering field
• 10 years of quality management within manufacturing
• 5 years in a managerial role
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Certifications in auditing or continuous improvement (assets)
