Position: A220 Quality Performance Manager at Airbus

Drive quality excellence as the A220 Quality Performance Manager at Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec. In this hybrid role, you will ensure customer satisfaction through effective feedback mechanisms.

As part of the Airbus Quality team, your responsibilities include addressing key quality issues, supporting the A220 Customer Services, and leading initiatives across the organization. You will create a quality performance dashboard and promote a customer-centric culture, enhancing collaboration both locally and with teams in Toulouse.

Your role is essential in executing operational improvement projects focused on root causes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy Customer Centricity within Airbus Quality framework

• Serve as the main interface for quality performance in services

• Analyze operator feedback and consolidate quality challenges

• Develop digital dashboards for In-Service Quality management

• Direct operational enhancements via Root Cause Analysis

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience

• Minimum 10 years in a quality-related role

• Comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and structures

• Excellent communication skills across functions

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
