Do you have quality management experience, have you worked in a manufacturing environment and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Supplier compliance quality analyst (f/m) to join our Supplier compliance management team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the operations and procurement teams.
You will be part of the Supplier compliance management team responsible for ensuring adherence to quality requirements as well as validation of supplier issues raised by our operations. The team is organised to promote cross‑collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as supplier compliance quality analyst will be to take the necessary contingency actions with our suppliers to protect operations from external non‑quality while ensuring excellent collaboration with internal teams to better define issues encountered on the production line.
Your challenges- Influence and facilitate communications between internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a change agent to promote the culture of quality throughout the company.
- Investigate and identify future risks.
- Synthesise simple to complex situations to present them to different levels of management.
- Communicate and work with different cultures located in different countries.
- Act as an Airbus representative to A220 suppliers.
- DEC in engineering or aeronautics with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Bilingual.
- Knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA).
- Solid problem‑solving experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mind and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to communicate with suppliers in different time zones.
- Valuable work structure to be efficient in work organization.
- Strong ability to synthesise and document information.
- May involve travel for business worldwide.
- Possible on‑call duties during weekends and/or holiday seasons.
- Requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
