Join Broan‑NuTone as an NPD Quality Specialist for the kitchen ventilation line, enhancing product safety and team performance in a hybrid setting. Utilize your advanced quality planning skills to improve product reliability.
In this role, you will oversee the entire new product development process, ensuring robust and innovative kitchen ventilation solutions. Your expertise in the Production Parts Approval Process and statistical methods will be critical for validating designs and enhancing overall product quality. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify challenges and execute quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality improvements using structured methodologies
• Perform FMEA analysis and document lessons learned
• Analyze data to reduce the cost of poor quality
• Support NPD from concept through product launch
• Facilitate corrective actions and resolve conflicts
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in consumer product development
• Technical degree in relevant field
• Proficient in PowerBI and Agile tools
• Knowledgeable about ISO 9001:2015
• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
