Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate quality review sessions to enhance compliance
• Develop and improve QA standards and reporting methods
• Analyze trends and risks within claims processing
• Assist in enhancing QA methodologies
• Offer subject-matter expertise during audit processes
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in claims handling and quality assurance
• Proven track record in quality audits and risk management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
