Your role will encompass both desktop audits and in-field inspections to ensure compliance.
ICF is actively hiring a QA/QC Lead to support income-qualified residential energy programs. This role demands at least 2 years of experience in quality inspection and a strong technical foundation. You’ll interface closely with contractors and program staff to identify and address deficiencies while fostering continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute desktop quality assurance reviews and assessments
• Conduct in-field inspections on installations
• Document quality findings and corrective recommendations
• Work directly with trade allies to solve performance issues
• Analyze trends for ongoing program enhancements
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in energy efficiency or construction
• Travel requirement of 30–50% across Ontario
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant certifications such as BPI or HRAI are advantageous
