This entry-level role involves participating in product design, ensuring compliance with specifications, and coordinating problem resolution across functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Review product designs and engineering change notices

• Approve work instructions and inspection points

• Coordinate resolution of non-conformances

• Conduct compliance audits internally and at suppliers

• Analyze data to lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on manufacturing

• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 and AS 9100 quality standards

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French

• Collaboration and teamwork mindset

• Computer proficiency in word processing and calculations
