Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in product design reviews and technical assessments

• Review production orders for compliance with specifications

• Coordinate corrective actions with engineering and production teams

• Conduct internal and supplier compliance audits

• Analyze metrics and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on complex manufacturing

• At least 2 years of related experience required

• Strong leadership qualities and collaborative mindset

• Advanced communication skills in French and English

• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and geometric tolerancing
