Join Manulife as a Bilingual Plan Design Quality Analyst in Montreal, Quebec, where you'll ensure quality assurance within Group Benefits. This hybrid role focuses on compliance and process improvement.
As a member of the Operations Integrity Quality team, you'll perform rigorous quality reviews and communicate findings to enhance plan setups. You'll use your analytical prowess to identify recurring issues and support newly trained Quality Analysts in their roles. Your input will directly impact adherence to regulatory requirements and client service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality reviews for plan setups
• Communicate trends and recommendations to teams
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas
• Stay updated on compliance regulations
• Assist in training new Quality Analysts
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong understanding of Group Benefits workflows
• Familiarity with Group Benefits systems
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
